This policy explains what personal information Teddy Toddler ("Teddy News", "we", "us") collects when you subscribe to or interact with Teddy News, and how it's used.

Information we collect

• At checkout: parent/guardian name, phone number, and email address.
• When a seller sets up your subscription on your behalf: the above, plus delivery address, city, and pincode.
• Payment information: we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details directly — all payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, under their own security standards.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your subscription and process billing.
• To print your address on delivery labels and ship your physical newspaper.
• To contact you on WhatsApp regarding your order, delivery, or account.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Razorpay — to process your payment and manage your subscription billing.
• Supabase — our database provider, which securely stores your customer and subscription records.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to any records we're legally required to keep) by messaging us on WhatsApp.
